Hurricane Irma causing flooding, damage around the First Coast

As hurricane Irma makes her way into Duval county, here are the latest alerts you need to know. 

6:45 a.m. Sept. 11: A flash flood emergency has been issued for Duval County.

5:20 a.m. Sept. 11: JEA is reporting 366,855 customers without power at this time.

5:05 a.m. Sept. 11: Clay County Emergency Management said the south prong of the Black Creek is now at major flood stage and both prongs are rising faster than expected. 

5:00 a.m. Sept. 11: Hurricane Irma's wind speeds have decreased and it is likely the storm will become a Tropical Storm soon. 

4:50 a.m. Sept. 11: All westbound JTB at Southside is shut down due to downed trees.
